Just as with any gratuity based service, tipping isn't required required but is acceptable and greatly appreciated.
We, at Hands of Serenity Spa, understand issues arise. We believe in being fair. Therefore, we make note of but do not charge for one cancellation that occurs under 24 hours of your appointment. However, if within one calendar year it happens again, we will charge for 50% of the amount of the appointment(s). Cancellations 48 hours in advance will receive full refund.
No Call No Show Policy
We, at Hands of Serenity Spa, feel that our service providers should be respected. In the event of a no show, we will charge the client 100% of the amount of the appointment(s).
Gift Certificate Policy
All certificates are final sale, non-transferable and expiration dates for packages will not be extended.
